Overview
The White River in Jamaica is a stunning natural attraction known for its crystal-clear waters. It flows for 27 kilometers along the border of St. Ann and St. Mary parishes. The river gets its name from the white limestone rocks that line its riverbed. It has a rich history dating back to the days of the Taino people, who were the first to settle in Jamaica.
Explore the White River while relaxing on a bamboo raft while your entertaining captain both navigates the water and tells you all about the nature you’re passing through. Wear provided life jackets onboard for safety, and then relax into your journey. After, you’ll have the opportunity to shop for all the souvenirs you need.
